For your convenience, you can register
for the Fall 2008 season three different ways!
You can register
online, in person or through the mail.
Registration fee is $35 per child and must be received by
June 21st, 2008.
The registration fee
for submissions after June 21st will be $50 per child.

If you prefer
to register in person, visit the
Robert St. Fieldhouse on
May
3rd, 10th or 17th between 10AM-12
PM. To register you will need to bring the following
items:
1) Completed Wharton Soccer Club
registration form. (MS Word format)*
2)
Completed Wharton Soccer Club SAGE form. (Adobe format)*
3) Copy of Child's Birth Certificate (unless previously
provided).
4) 1 inch by 1 inch photo of child, if child is 10 years old
or older (unless previously provided).
5) Cash, check or money order
payable to the "Wharton Soccer Club" in the amount of $35 per
child.
