2009 Fall Registration
For Boys & Girls Ages
6-17
(Born Between October 1, 1991 - December 31,
2003)
For your convenience, you can register
for the Fall 2009 season three different ways!
You can register
online, in person or through the mail.
Registration fee is $40 per child for
recreation soccer and $50 per child for travel soccer. Registration must be received by
June 30th, 2009.
The registration fee
for submissions after June 30th will be $60 per child.

If you prefer
to register in person, visit the
Robert St. Fieldhouse on
May
2nd, 9th or 16th between 10AM-12
PM. To register you will need to bring the following
items:
1) Completed Wharton Soccer Club
registration form. (MS Word format)
2)
Completed Wharton Soccer Club
SAGE form. (MS Word
format)
3) Copy of Child's Birth Certificate (unless previously
provided).
4) 1 inch by 1 inch photo of child, if child is 10 years old
or older (unless previously provided).
5) Cash, check or money order
payable to the "Wharton Soccer Club" in the amount of $40 Rec/$50 Travel per
child.
