6-17

1, 1991 - December 31, 2002)

Opening day for the Spring Season will be in mid April and
the season will run for 8 weeks.
If you played in the Fall 2008 Season you
will receive a mailing with registration information soon.
Registration fee is $30 per child and must be received by
Feb 28th, 2009.
The registration fee
for submissions after Feb 28th will be $45 per child.
For your convenience, you can register
for the Spring 2009 season two different ways! You can register
online or through the mail.

BY
MAIL: To register by mail you will need to mail the following
items:
1) Complete the Wharton Soccer Club
registration form. (MS Word
format)*
2)
Completed Wharton Soccer Club SAGE form.
3) Copy of Child's Birth Certificate (unless previously
provided).
4) 1 inch by 1 inch photo of child, if child is 10 years old
or older (unless previously provided).
5) Cash, check or money order
payable to the "Wharton Soccer Club" in the amount of $30 per
child.
