2011 Fall Registration
For Boys & Girls Ages
4-17
(Born Between October 1, 1994 - December 31,
2007)
For your convenience, you can register
for the Fall 2011 season three different ways!
You can register
online, in person or through the mail.
Registration fees are:
--$25
per child for clinic
--$50 per child for
recreation soccer
--$170 per child for travel soccer
(covers both Fall '11 & Spring '12 seasons)
***Please Note***
***We have raised the Recreation Soccer registration fee
by $10 per child so that we can continue to provide jerseys and socks. Your
recreation player will receive a shirt and socks in the FALL and should keep
them to use if they play in the Spring. Clinic players will continue to receive
a clinic jersey in the fall. All players will provide their own black shorts for
game play. The Travel fees have been raised to account for a rise in referee
costs.***
Registration must be received by
July 1st, 2011.
The registration fee
for submissions after July 1st will be an additional $20 per child.

Robert St. Fieldhouse on
May
7th or 14th between 9:00AM-12:00
PM
or May 21st at the
Duffy School
between 9am - 3pm. To register you will need to bring the following
items:
1) Completed Wharton Soccer Club
registration form. (MS Word format)
2) Copy of Child's Birth Certificate (unless previously
provided).
3) Cash, check or money order
payable to the "Wharton Soccer Club" in the amount of $25Clinic/$50 Rec/$170
Travel per child (covers Spring & Fall seasons).
