Spring Registration
For Boys & Girls Ages
4-17
(Born Between October 1, 1992 - December 31,
2004)
Opening day for the Spring Season will be in mid April and
the season will run for 8 weeks.
For your convenience, you can register
for the Spring 2012 season three different ways!
You can register
online, in person or through the mail.
2012 Spring Registration In Person - January 7, 14, 21
2012- Noon to 3pm, Robert St Fieldhouse.
Registration fees are:
--$40 per child for
recreation soccer if no uniform shirt needed.
--$50 per child for
recreation soccer if uniform shirt is needed.
Registration must be received by
Feb 28th, 2012.

If you prefer
to register in person, visit the Robert St. Fieldhouse on
January 7, 14, 21 between Noon - 3pm. To register you will need to bring the following
items:
1) Completed Wharton Soccer Club
registration form. (MS Word format)
2)
Completed Wharton Soccer Club
SAGE form. (MS Word
format)
3) Copy of Child's Birth Certificate (unless previously
provided).
4) Cash, check or money order
payable to the "Wharton Soccer Club" in the amount of $40 Rec/$50 Rec and
need uniform shirt.

will be no award ceremony (or trophies), no opening day ceremony and no
